We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Project Manager to join our team and help drive our continued growth.</p><h2>Position Overview</h2><p>The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and completion of fabrication and construction projects from start to finish. This role combines technical expertise with leadership and organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to exacting quality standards. Candidates with architectural, engineering, or construction backgrounds are well positioned to succeed in this role, as it requires strong skills in interpreting drawings, coordinating cross-functional teams, and executing complex installation projects.  </p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Review and interpret fabrication and architectural drawings; identify and resolve potential issues before production.  </li><li>Leverage AutoCAD and drafting expertise to support submittals, field measurements, and project adjustments.  </li><li>Develop, maintain, and oversee project schedules and budgets.  </li><li>Direct day-to-day operations of assigned projects, coordinating with shop teams, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.  </li><li>Implement and enforce safety practices on all job sites in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.  </li><li>Procure materials, submittals, and mock-ups as required.  </li><li>Manage subcontractor/vendor relationships, including issuing purchase orders and monitoring performance.  </li><li>Handle project change orders, ensuring accurate pricing and proper reporting to accounting.  </li><li>Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering mentorship and collaboration.  </li><li>Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, architects, and owner representatives.</li><li>Perform or oversee field measuring and, when necessary, assist with installations.  </li><li>Travel or overnight stays may be required for project commitments; occasional overtime may be necessary to meet deadlines.  </li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience considered.  </li><li>3–5 years of project management experience in metal fabrication, construction, or architectural trades.  </li><li>Strong knowledge of design documents, technical drawings, and fabrication processes.  </li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to review/produce technical drawings.  </li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to timely completion.  </li><li>Familiarity with cost control, scheduling, and subcontractor/vendor management.  </li><li>Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.  </li><li>Knowledge of OSHA and job site safety requirements.  </li></ul><h2>Desired Attributes</h2><ul><li>Architectural or design background with the ability to interpret, adjust, and coordinate detailed drawings.  </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.  </li><li>Ability to balance technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities.  </li><li>Leadership qualities that support training, mentoring, and team development.  </li></ul><h2>What We Offer</h2><ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience  </li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance  </li><li>401(k) retirement plan with company match  </li><li>Paid time off and holidays  </li><li>Opportunities for career advancement and professional development</li></ul>]]></media:description></item><item><title>Estimator</title><link>https://jerico-metal-specialties-llc.prismhr-hire.com/job/957882/estimator</link><description>About Us Jerico Metal Specialties is a national leader in architectural railings for commercial applications. This individual will be responsible for qualifying opportunities, developing proposals, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers during the bidding process. The Estimator plays a critical role in supporting Jerico’s growth by ensuring that proposals are accurate, competitive, and exceed client expectations.  </p><h1>Key Responsibilities</h1><ul><li>Manage and organize the opportunity pipeline and project documentation.  </li><li>Perform detailed, accurate, and complete project takeoffs.  </li><li>Communicate with contractors to clarify scope of work and resolve bid-related questions.  </li><li>Prepare professional quotations and bid packages that align with client needs.  </li><li>Collaborate with engineers, designers, project managers, and the sales team to develop comprehensive proposals.  </li><li>Review specifications and addendums prior to bidding jobs.  </li><li>Evaluate project and quoting trends to make recommendations for product development.  </li></ul><h1>Qualifications</h1><ul><li>1–5 years of estimating experience within the commercial contracting industry, ideally with metals or miscellaneous steel fabrication.  </li><li>B.S.
